"SPATIAL STRATEGY FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: UNITED BY BORDERS" 4TH INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE MARCH 6-7, 2012, RIGA, LATVIA

We have the pleasure of inviting you to participate in the project ELRI-184 " Integrated Intelligent Platform for Monitoring the Cross-Border Natural-Technological Systems" opening which will take place on 2012 March 6-7th in Riga, in the frame of the 4th International Scientific Conference "Spatial Strategy for Sustainable Development: United by Borders".

Conference objective:

Discussing the universal common intelligent technical unifying efforts of specialists from Latvia and Russia for cross-border integrated space-ground monitoring.

Conference topics:

- Intelligent information technologies for integrated real-time monitoring and control of natural-technological systems;

- Tools for integrated monitoring and control based on the data received from space and ground-based facilities.

Conference results will be summarised and published in the Scientific Journals of Riga Technical University - "Sustainable spatial development" and " Information Technology and Management Science"
